Day 3... The hard part starts now

Wow! Today was a not as easy as the last 2 days... starting to feel urges for sweet and savoury calorific things. Not to mention that various people at work are celebrating birthdays and have brought in a variety of things from Turkish Delight to  Krispy Kreme doughnuts, chocolates and all things tempting! But I resisted. Admittedly I did sneak a whiff of those doughnuts, which of course had my boss in stitches as a result. I was playing the fool but I have to say they did smell delicious. hey ho... no one said this would be easy.

On the business end of things I made sure that I kept my mug full of green tea and drank at least a cup an hour accompanied by a glass of water each time. So yeah, basically am keeping stomach full of water... mercifully water is free of any calories. I also hit the gym and did 2km jog and 1.5km on the elliptical trainer followed by some strengthening exercises for my ankle, which I'm happy to report did not flare up.
